Zac is our Master’s qualifiedAPA Physiotherapist at My Peak Performance Physiotherapy & Pilates. He is a motivated Physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, who utilises a combination of hands-on therapy along with exercise prescription in his sessions to promote self-management for his clients. Zac’s treatment is driven by client’s goals, ensuring each session is specific to their needs. Zac also runs our Pilates classes, creating both a challenging and fun environment for exercise.

As an active member of the APA, Zac keeps up to date with the latest research, and has a specific interest in treating and managing knee conditions. He is able to use his Exercise and Sports Science background to draw on a large pool of exercises to help optimise client’s return to their peak performance. Zac hasalso developed a great interest in basketball and soccer related injuries,having experience in these sports himself, and is able to use his knowledge to get the most out of our client’s rehabilitation process.
In his spare time, Zac enjoys playing and watching a number of sports, including basketball, soccer and rugby league. He loves spending time with friends and his extended family. Coming from a large Italian family, Zac appreciates good food and wine and is always on the lookout for new and exciting places to eat.
